Our Policies at Design Medical

At Design Medical, we are committed to providing you with exceptional care and transparent information. These policies are established to ensure a smooth, respectful, and well-managed experience for all our valued clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Booking, Deposits & Consultations

To ensure dedicated time with our medical professionals and secure your desired appointment, we have the following booking and consultation policies:

  • All New Appointments: A $50 booking fee is required to secure all new appointments. This fee is separate from any consultation fees and will be applied to your service total at the time of your treatment.
  • Consultation & Procedure Fee: A $50 consultation fee is required for all consultations. This fee covers the dedicated time and expertise of our medical professionals during your personalized assessment and treatment planning. Also in order to reserve a procedure timeslow a $50 fee is required for all scheduled procedures.
  • Payment of Fees & Deposits: All applicable fees and deposits must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified at our clinic.

2. Arrival Time & Late Arrivals

  • Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows ample time to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your service, ensuring your treatment can begin promptly.
  • Late Arrivals: We strive to keep our schedule on time to accommodate all our clients. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time or the need to reschedule, especially if it impacts subsequent appointments. If your appointment time is shortened due to late arrival, the full service fees will still apply. If we are unable to accommodate you due to significant lateness, our cancellation policy may apply.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We kindly request your cooperation with our cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure fairness to all clients and our dedicated staff.

  • 48-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • With 48-Hour Notice: If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your $50 booking fee and/or $50 consultation/procedure fee will be held as a credit on your account for future use.

Less than 48-Hour Notice / No-Shows:

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment (no-show), your $50 booking fee and/or $50 consultation fee will be forfeited.

4. Treatment Outcomes & Realistic Expectations

Realistic Expectations: The outcomes of aesthetic procedures can vary from person to person. This is due to individual factors such as genetics, lifestyle, skin type, age, and how your body uniquely responds to treatment. We will discuss realistic expectations thoroughly during your consultation.

No Guarantees: While we strive for the best possible outcomes and employ advanced techniques and technologies, we cannot guarantee specific results. Our commitment is to provide excellent care and service.

5. Refund Policy

Services Rendered: Due to the nature of the medical aesthetic services provided and the variables involved in treatment outcomes, all services rendered are non-refundable. We are dedicated to your satisfaction and will address any concerns you may have about your treatment in a professional and caring manner. Please discuss any concerns with our team directly.

Products: Products purchased are non-refundable.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us at Design Medical.

  • Our Pledge Regarding Your Information: We understand that information about you and your health is personal and sensitive. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use and disclose your information as permitted by law and as necessary to provide you with quality care, treatment, and services.

7. Photo & Testimonial Policy

  • Clinical Photography: For many aesthetic procedures, we take "before and after" photographs. These photographs are a crucial part of your confidential medical record, allowing us to accurately track your progress and treatment efficacy.
  • Use for Marketing & Educational Purposes: We deeply respect your privacy. We will never use your photographs or testimonials for marketing, social media, or educational purposes without your explicit written consent. You will always have the opportunity to review and approve any images or statements before they are considered for use.

8. Financial Responsibility

  1. Payment: Payment for all services and products is due in full at the time of service.

Please note that we generally do not accept personal checks or bill insurance for aesthetic services. 9. Age Requirement Policy

Clients must be at least 18 years or older to receive treatments at Design Medical. We reserve the right to request valid photo identification to verify age.

10. Policy Changes

Design Medical reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and/or available at our clinic and will become effective immediately upon posting.
